A decent place to stay located right in the city center Positive: The size of the room was reasonable enough for its price. The staffs were super helpful and nice when I asked if I could leave my baggage at the hotel before check-in time. Negative: The floor of the room wasn’t properly cleaned but everything else was acceptable.

We had to stay in a different hotel after seeing the state of the room. Positive: Lock on the doors were modern and electronic. Negative: Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find that the accommodation did not reflect the standards or descriptions advertised. The room was in a poor and unhygienic condition, with the following issues: Dead bugs were found on the bed. The bedding was stained and appeared unwashed. Human hair was present on the bed and in the shower. The shower was mouldy and unhygienic. The window also showed visible signs of mould. Due to the unacceptable state of the room and the health concerns it posed, I had no choice but to leave and secure alternative accommodation. I moved to a Premier Inn, which I had to pay for and am now out of pocket.

it was okay, not enough space in 1 room for 6. we only stayed one night and weren’t picky as long as we had somewhere to Positive: comfortable and in the city centre - good spot Negative: unclean, leftovers from the last people, some stains on pillowcases other than that it was great besides from the fact we were meant to get 2 rooms as it was a group of 6 but we were given only 1 room

Was ok for one night. Positive: The location was perfect. Negative: The room was full of dust and the shower moldy. The safe was broken. Cold air came through the milk glass window by the bed, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. The length of the bed is a problem for average size people.
